Product Description
The CERAMIC DRYER is a drying tunnel equipped with CERAMIC EMITTERS suitable to dry PLASTISOL inks printed direct in garment or in paper (heat transfer solution). The CERAMIC DRYER is equipped with the possibility to lower or raise the heating elements.
- Belt in mesh coated with Teflon;
- Electronic speed adjuster from belt speed;
- Equipped with ceramic heating elements;
- Possibility to adjust the height from the ceramic elements for better energy efficiency;
- Digital temperature controller with PID method;
- Thermal isolation in all area of the tunnel;
- Working temperature range from: ambient temperature to 180ºC;
- Maximum height from object to dry is 13 cm as standard;
- Other dimensions can be manufacture by request.
