RKS CARBON S \/ RKS CARBON S HQ<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n

Carbon S (patented) the latest squeegee from RKS which means, this is an extension within the System Squeegee program.<\/p>\n

The handling of this is similar to that of the well known RKS System Squeegee.<\/p>\n

Characteristics differ in that Carbon S can be used in production situations were static build up is a problem, through use of carbon fibre the static build up reduced and\/or diverted during the print run.<\/p>\n

Another advantage is that the flexible\/elasticity and the overall stability with the carbon squeegee is much improved.<\/p>\n

Through this it is possible to produce a thinner and more flexible blade.<\/p>\n

The Carbon S because of this is well suited for use with flat bed screen printing machines.<\/p>\n

<\/i>Blade Height<\/a><\/h3>
\nThe up to 60 mm high Carbon S squeegee blades are mainly intend for mounting into a conventional squeegee holder with an aluminium shim.<\/p>\n

The 95, 105 and 115milimetres high squeegee blades are fixed directly into the RKS squeegee holder. Also by using the adaptor bar they can be used in a standard squeegee holder.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/i>Non Standard Blade Height<\/a><\/h3>
\nNon-standard blade heights can be made on request.<\/p>\n

For such heights the price of the next higher standard blade height will be calculated.
\n(e. g. a profile height70 mm = a price for the height of 95 mm)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/i>Blade Design<\/a><\/h3>
\nThe Carbon S is only available in the type 00, this means the CRP backing has an equal thickness through its height.<\/p>\n

The squeegee is available in three different variations:<\/p>\n

1. wall thickness of approx. 1,2 mm
\n2. wall thickness of approx. 1,7 mm
\n3. wall thickness of approx. 2,5 mm
\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/i>Rubber Thickness and Shore Hardness<\/a><\/h3>
\n6 mm rubber thickness: 65\u00b0 and 75\u00b0 Shore<\/p>\n

8 mm rubber thickness: 55\u00b0, 65\u00b0 and 75\u00b0 Shore
\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/i>Profile Length<\/a><\/h3>
\nThe maximum length of blade that we can offer at the moment is 2800 mm.<\/p>\n

The maximum length of Carbon S HQ that we can offer at the moment is 2600 mm.<\/p>\n
